How to Use:

Over 120 hours of burn time. Trim wicks to 1/4" before each use. Do not burn for more than 5 hours at a time. Burn to an even pool every time or tunneling will occur. Enjoy during candle gazing (Trataka) meditation, bath, moon, intention, or meditation rituals. Recycle & Reuse ceramic basin.
